This last weekend I had the honor of teaching 350 pastors and leaders in southern Mexico from Equip's (ministry of John Maxwell) Million Leader Mandate Leadership material. We covered Notebook One in a Friday evening and all day Saturday. The stories of what God did and how He touched the leaders are endless. The hunger of these men and women was so evident. It was beautiful to see them come together for two days and put aside doctrinal differences, denominational affiliations, egos, and past issues to seek the Lord together with only one purpose...to grow personally and become a better leader for the kingdom of God. We have scheduled the second conference later this year and will teach the second notebook in a series of six. The dates are September 25 and 26, 2009. I will look forward to this event all year.
